Department of Management at IILM CET has a history of nearly one and a half decade of producing competent, capable and dedicated professionals. Since its inception in the year 2004, this department has been regularly working in-spirit with the vision and mission of IILM College of Engineering and Technology.Its journey has begun with the commencement of Two years full-time MBA Program which is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow and also approved by the AICTE, New Delhi.
Apart from covering the regular curriculum, there is an emphasis on the Personality Development Programs, Mentoring program, Live Projects, learning through case studies, industry-academia interaction programs, subject-focused seminars, industrial visits, and encouragement for in-house and outside extra-curricular activities to develop the employable skills of students and prepare them as professional managers and entrepreneurs.
This department is known to be an outstanding place for those who want to pursue their career in management for its modern facilities, spacious classrooms, multimedia-based learning supportive infrastructure, and well-qualified and experienced faculty.

B.A./B.Sc./B.Tech./B.Com/B.C.A/BBA. or other undergraduate degree with atleast 50% marks without any grace marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST students). UPSEE Rank, MAT /CAT Score are also part of admission criterion.
Management Clubs play a crucial role in enhancing knowledge and exposure needed by student. The management club is a student driven initiative guided by the faculty members to unfold their leadership and management skills.

Aim of the club
To conduct events bearing on every functional area of management such as Role Plays, Debates, Quizzes, Management Competitions like Ad-Mad, Logo Designing Pitch an Idea, Business New reading etc in every semester. The road to entrepreneurship is often a difficult one filled with unexpected ,roadblocks and dead ends. The E-Cell at IILM, is an initiative that promotes and celebrates the Entrepreneurial spirit amongst the students and encourages them to be budding entrepreneurs. The cell aims to conducts workshops, seminars, events and interactive sessions with eminent Entrepreneurs, thus, providing the students with unparalleled exposure to the entrepreneurial World. Through mentoring, and networking with Alumni, Entrepreneurs and Investors the E-Cell helps the budding entrepreneurs towards reaching their dreams of their own business ventures.
